Please provide as many details as possible within the scope of what can be disclosed. ■ Both languages for interpretation (e.g., Japanese ⇔ English, English ⇔ Chinese, etc.) ■ Location of interpretation ■ Address of the location (please provide the address down to the street number, even if it is overseas.) ■ Date ■ Type of interpretation needed (simultaneous, whispering, consecutive, accompanying, etc.) ■ If accompanying, please let us know if airport transfer is needed. If guiding capability is required, please consult with us. ■ Start time and expected end time ■ Number of participants ■ Desired number of interpreters ■ Desired level of interpreters (our interpreters are professional interpreters.) ■ Content ■ Materials to be used on the day, PPT ■ Other reference materials As soon as you provide this information, we will promptly check the availability and respond as quickly as possible.
